Let’s get the basics out of the way first. AJAX or Ajax is essentially the acronym for Asynchronous JavaScript and XML. The Boston web development techniques that constitute Ajax (DOM, CSS, JavaScript, XHTML, etc.) are primarily used for generating web applications that encourage interaction.
